Success is how high you bounce up when you hit bottom. George Patton

I have created this blog to chronicle the emergence of my "project." It all started with an idea how to unify different clubs and organizations on the campus of Brigham Young University Idaho to achieve greater efficacy in service projects. Which has in turn evolved into a philosophy of unification through differences.

Currently I hold a high level disenfranchisement with the current status quo in politics and society. There is too much mudslinging and bipartisanship to really make a difference. There needs to be a shift from the "me" to the "we" in society at large. At heart I am an idealist, but due to varying amounts of disillusionment that comes with reality I have become a pragmatic idealist. I believe that change is possible, but true change for the better can be very difficult to achieve when focusing inward and not outward.

I believe that as we come together as a community to serve a greater cause then self, we can gain empirical evidence that change is not only possible, but feasible. The mechanism of this task is not to create "new" programs, but to unify all ready existing programs, agencies etc, to create quality community wide projects.
